The Basic and Premium plans offer flexible billing options—monthly or annually. Both plans include Tier 1 – Basic or Tier 2 – Premium, Maintenance, and Support. Opting for an annual subscription provides substantial savings.

We’ve gathered a set of commonly asked questions that cover various inquiries regarding the subscription to our American Legion Post website platform.

You can cancel anytime if you’ve signed up for the monthly plan. No refunds will be offered. Your subscription will not renew the following month.

If you’ve signed up for the annual plan, you’ll have 30 days to decide to stay with us. Please email us within 30 days of purchase, and a prorated refund will be given.

If you have registered an account with us, log in to your account and cancel it on the View/Manage Subscription page. You may also contact us via email or through the Contact page.

You can switch plans from monthly to annual at any time to save on overall costs. If on an annual plan, changes to monthly occur upon the following year’s renewal.

Prior to the setup of your website, we send a questionnaire where you can indicate which pages/features you want to include or exclude.

We will assess if the new page/feature can be included in the base platform free of charge. Otherwise, if it’s a specific feature of your Post, we will charge for customization work.

We don’t offer a package with website edits, but we will be happy to provide one if needed on an ongoing basis. Half-hour and Hourly Content Edits can be purchased as needed if you need help editing your website occasionally.

You will have peace of mind knowing that your website is professionally managed with daily backups, security, and uptime monitoring, reporting, and troubleshooting issues promptly even before they occur.
